Funds approved for distribution include: Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) domiciled in the European Union (e.g. Luxembourg, Ireland), such as UCITS ICAVs, QIAIF ICAVs, SIF ICAVs, UCITS CCFs, and QIAIF CCFs.
We also support non-European Alternative Investment Funds that hold valid pre-marketing or marketing permissions in EU/EEA jurisdictions.
For non-EU funds without existing pre-marketing or marketing approval in the EU, Nemos supports the structuring and execution of compliant market access solutions.
