Benedikt Hamers
Twenty-five years of experience in banking. Ten years as Head of Risk Management and Risk Controlling at Solaris Bank in Germany, where he led the BaFin banking license application and managed ongoing regulatory compliance and risk governance.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Till Tolksdorf
Fifteen years of experience in banking and alternative investments. Nine years of regulatory responsibility under the FCA and four years under BaFin. Previously at Arbour Partners and ProCredit Bank, with prior roles in development banking across Mozambique and Ecuador.
MANAGEMENT
Forty years of combined market and regulatory experience.
Fifteen years of hands-on alternative investments and capital raising. Twenty-five years of compliance and risk management at the highest regulatory level. The team has worked within and alongside fund managers, placement firms, and banks — and understands the practical realities our clients face.
